  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • In cases of high demand or special promotions, processing times may take longer, but we will notify you in such cases.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location:

    • Standard shipping: 1-2 business days (within Qatar)

    • International shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination)

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check the shipping address when placing your order. Defy Limit is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Defy Limit is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be incurred for international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and they will be collected at the time of delivery.
