Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • If your item is defective or damaged, you may exchange it for the same item. If the same item is out of stock, we will provide a full refund or offer another suitable product.

Non-returnable items
